Win2k, 1Ghz Pentium 3, 512 MB RAM, Sun JDK 1.4.1 and the menus still don't respond like a native application. It's either Swing or NetBeans use of Swing that is slowing it down. Plus, it's at least 30 MB larger than Eclipse.
