The "Proposed Final Draft 2" version of the JSP 2.0 spec was recently published, and is available via: http://java.sun.com/products/jsp/download.html It is implemented in Tomcat 5, which IIRC has nightly builds or something like that available. If not, it's pretty straightforward to build Tomcat 5 from source (much much much easier than Tomcat 4.x :-).
