There are examples with each of the different versions. (1.02, 1.1b1, 1.1b2 etc) at sslext.sourceforge.net.
I intend to do some updating for an 1.1RC1 release soon (this weekend?). Also, I am usually able to answer questions in (semi-)prompt fashion..
