Much better. Not quite as good as an HTML page where you don't need a (an acrobat) plug-in (it is a minor pain being asked if I want to upgrade my acrobat when I am trying to look something up) and laid out so that every tag (even if just by library) is listed at the top for quick access (like both the struts tag reference and javadoc methods, see them all click to the one you want).
But still.
