Yea, I tried that a couple of times. Everything works fine so my builds and container are fine. I have a prototype that management has given the green light to. My package structure is correct I just can't seem to get the Forms or Actions to point to the new folder structure. I am just changing two places in the struts-config the type for the Form, and the type for the Action... but it doesn't work.
