The whole point of meta-data is that you don't rely on file dates
as those could be affected by when the file was copied, etc.
So... unless I am massively missing something, I'd go with "no".
The option would of course default to "no". It would be for those users who 
can't manipulate the meta-data or at least not in such a way that we can parse

The problem is that this timestamp in atoms is wrong as it is the timestamp of the re-encoded using dive+ to apply underwater filter. I can manipulate meta-data to be the correct dive timestamp using for example Attribute changer but i can't achieve to find an easy way to modify timestamp in atoms...
