That's pretty much what sugar-toolkit is supposed to be though... My
main concern is API stability policy for this code. It's going to be
difficult to maintain large new API stable... especially if they are
initially just cut and paste from activities. GNOME deals with having
an egg module from which applications can cut/paste, which has his
downsides too.
