Python3 is a different command to Python2 and Sugar is still in Python 2. I'm working on a version of the Sugar toolkit in Python 3. At the moment Sugar isn't going to be migrated officially but activities could be made in Python3 if the toolkit is ported. The only difficulty is that I'm not sure if the OLPC builds include Python3 and the necessary libraries.
