Hello, there was a bug in convert_vissimXML_flows_statRoutes.py that has been fixed in the latest development version (26431). You can get it here: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/sumo/code/trunk/sumo/tools/import/vissim/convert_vissimXML_flows_statRoutes.py
