I noticed this route error as well but without access to a vissim
installation I cannot tell you were this problem originates. Please compare
the route of the offending vehicle in your vissim simulation with the one
in sumo to determine where the network or the routes deviate.
Potential error sources to check:
1) some edges were not imported correctly from the vissim network (missing
or wrong directionality)
2) connectivity between edges was not imported correctly
3) the imported routes are incomplete

Let me know if you figure it out.

As a workaround you could also fixed / filter the routes like this:
duarouter -n net.net.xml -r out.rou.xml -o fixed.rou.xml --repair
--ignore-errors

regards,
Jakob
