When inserting an extra vehicle using TraCI4J, it takes 67 simulation steps
in my current example before the vehicle gets inserted. Since the time of
insertion is quite important for me, I have the following question: is it
possible to insert a vehicle with priority? Thus I want my manually added
vehicle to be inserted as soon as possible, having priority over the
vehicle flow that is defined in prior using DFRouter.
