Dear all,
maybe I overlooked something very trivial, as nobody else seems to have
issues with this. But in the attached simple network (a 3x3 grid
produced by netgenerate using sidewalks.guess and crossings.guess
option) the pedestrain (which is the only vehicle, see route file)
should be able to cross node 1/0. But instead, it throws an error:
Error: Disconnected walk for person '5'.
I played around with different intersections and priorities, but always
the same result.
Actually, I am wondering about 2 things:
- Why the pedestrian not walk across the walking area ? I even provided
the route!
- The net does not contain "crossing" edges, and I did not figure out
how to force netgenerate to produce them. When netconverting OSM
networks, crossings are generated and pedestrians have no problems to
cross intersection.
So maybe just netgenerate is not generating a correct network.
