Hello all, I'm really new in topics about IT and traffic simulation. So for some people this question is probably really easy, but I don't really get it. I want to interact with the traffic simulation with Java. For example getting detector informations or changing the signal phase while the simulation is running.So what is the best way to do this ? I understood that Traci4J is an implementation of Traci for Java. And somehow Traas uses the Traci interface to communicate with the Simulation. So I implemented the Traas library in Java and tried a few things, but I couldn't really notify a difference between the Traas library and the Traci4J library. So what are the features of Traas what Traci4J can't do ?
I also understood that you can run Traas as a webservice. Is this the big difference to Traci4J ? And is there any tutorial to get the web service running ? Thank you very much for your help !!!
