Hello, there are two big differences: - TraaS can be run as web-service (allowing simplified coupling to a large number of other programming languages). - TraaS code is automatically (more or less) generated from the well-maintained python TraCI client. This means it should support the full TraCI API. By comparison, Traci4j is written manually and only implements a subset of the TraCI API.
