Hi, I have a route with 3 lanes going the same direction. One car is stopped on the right lane. Other cars behind it who arrive after, just stop behind the stopped car instead of overtaking it using the middle/left lane. How do I allow them to overtake and not just stop a wait behind a stopped vehicle?

You can see that the green car stops on the right lane, the blue car arrives a few seconds later and just stops behind it instead of overtaking.
