Hello, 1) - you can use the GUI to check which index corresponds to which connection (activate 'show link tls index', see http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Traffic_Lights#Signal_state_definitions) - you can use TraCI: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/TraCI/Traffic_Lights_Value_Retrieval#Structure_of_compound_object_controlled_links 2) This sounds like a typical OpenStreetMap Problem. See here on how to mitigate it: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap#Junctions http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap#Traffic_Lights
