Could someone point me at a design for an analemmic dial design that uses a stationary gnomon that does not have to be positioned during the year. I have both an elliptic and a Lambert dial, but I am too lazy to move the gnomon to the correct date whenever I want the time.
I am guessing that the gnomon would have to be figured to an analemmic shape or half-analemmic shape that is flipped twice a year. I would greatly appreciate your help. Regards, Bill Price [EMAIL PROTECTED]
