Many of us have seen the marvellous eclipse- photos of Guido Tonello, which
he took in 1999 in San Petronio, Bologna /ITALY. If not: They are still

Just now a wonderful new book about the CASSINI- pinhole-dial in San
Petronio, Bologna, written by Giovanni Paltrinieri was edited:

The little book of some 86 pages is written in Italian language and is very
carefully edited. There are many beautiful and rare pictures and fine
explanations of the dial. A very special 'extra' is also inserted: A unique
collection of all the historical etchings of the construction of this dial.
Only to get this paper it is worth to buy this book!
