Nice dial and graphic!
Are those stairs alongside the building? No handrail? Perhaps Romania is
not yet blessed (impeded?) with an equivalent to the USA "OSHA,"
Occupational Health and Safety Administration!

I've completed my largest sundial yet and thought I'd share it with you.
It's at my job on an office building situated about 13 km north west of
Cluj-Napoca, Romania (coordinates 46.796 N 23.469 E). Wall declination
is 38.34 degrees to the south-east, marked hours are from 6:00 to 15:00
including halves. The sundial was designed in Orologi Solari.
