We experience the same problem. The power supply in the Sunray 100 is
not well ventilated. After some years one of the power sources (5 or 3.3
Volt) gets defect. It's easy to detect: the power led is orange instead
of green.
We have about 1000 Sunrays model 100. I don't think that we can use
these for a period of five years because of this defect. And that's a
pity. The models 1 and 1g does not have this problem.

As an aside we do seen to get quite a few of the 100 fail with a solid
orange light on the front. Is this peculiar to the 100 or do ther Sunrays have a
simila propblem.
