He was looking into forcing all of his Sun Ray sessions into offering
an 8-bit mode.  Nothing in the Xservers.SUNWut.prototype file has any 
bearing on the depth of the visuals in a Sun Ray session.

If he'd wanted to control the visuals on one of the X servers that is
statically configured into the Xservers file (typically the console X
server is configured there) then yes, Xservers.SUNWut.prototype would
have been the right place to do that.
