'-clients 1024' is the default for Xsun on Solaris 10.

If you need to force that on a release prior to Solaris 10 then the
safest way to do it is to edit the /opt/SUNWut/lib/utxsun script and add
it to the XMOREOPTS shell variable on about line 48, assuming you're
running SRSS 3.1 or 3.0. In earlier releases you'd need to add it to the
XOPTS variable just before the 'exec' line at the end of the script. This
is only a workaround, your edit could get clobbered by a patch. The best
long term solution would be to file an RFE asking for this to be one of
the attributes that is managed by 'utxconfig'.

If you need to make this change for a non-SunRay X server that is
statically configured into the Xservers file then edit
/etc/dt/config/Xservers.SUNWut.prototype, per the instructions in
/etc/dt/config/README.SUNWut.
