Did you use the "include" statement in your DHCP config file or did
you use the full fledged DHCP config file provided on the Debian SRSS
site you mentioned above?

I used the full DHCP config and adjusted the values back to the defaults
which you listed below.

Also, to confirm, does your DHCP server startup correctly? 14D indicates
that it is but just checking.
