You should just use the Windows Terminal server Shadowing capabilities... It's already built in and works great.

There would be no real reason to try and see the Sun Ray session as all it's doing is running a full screen RDP client.

? Hi Guys,
A very nice chalenge from future customer :-).
They chalenge Sun Ray whether It can have remote controlling (kind a real-time session log).
What they mean here is if a user having some problems with their running application (such as SAP client), then administrator can see what is in the user screen.
No sure that sun ray can do this, I can not answer this. Any way to have this kind of function?
