It's already built in and works great. There would be no real reason to try and see the Sun Ray session as all it's doing is running a full screen RDP client. Hi Guys, A very nice chalenge from future customer :-). They chalenge Sun Ray whether It can have remote controlling (kind a real-time session log). What they mean here is if a user having some problems with their running application (such as SAP client), then administrator can see what is in the user screen.
