The apache error log doesn't have anything in it but the access_log has the
following:
srse0 - - [23/Mar/2007:20:01:04 -0400] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 1379
srse0 - - [23/Mar/2007:20:01:04 -0400] "POST /cgi-bin/nav HTTP/1.1" 200 863
srse0 - - [23/Mar/2007:20:01:24 -0400] "POST /cgi-bin/login? HTTP/1.1" 200 1146

I don't know if the patches broke it because I never tested it before the
patches. This is a new install altogether. I haven't had this problem before so
I'm a bit baffled.
