Hi Luis,
Although your service seems to run fine, can I have log at a screenshot
of VC with a folder view. This might help to analyze problems further.
Thanks,
Dirk

Hi Dirk,
The Virtual Center is installed in the Windows XP SP2 without Firewall
Feature.

The problem is, the VI-CLIENT in Solaris 10/X86, can't communicate with
VDA-SERVICE.
I can the test VDA-SERVICE successfully:

The configuration appears to be correct.

Hi Jorge,
As you are using Windows XP, your firewall might protect the
communication. Make sure that port 3809 is open.

Dear Friends,
We have tried to configure a VDAK environment with the following
components:
Solaris 10 x86 11/06
Sun Ray Server 3.1
Sun Virtual Desktop Access Kit for VMware 1.0
VMware Virtual Server Version 2.0.1 Build 33643 installed in Windows
XP
SP2
VMware ESX Server 3.0.1 Build 32039
We have followed the steps on
http://wiki.sun-rays.org/index.php/VDA_Cookbook and
http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/features/articles/vda_kit_demo.jsp
Unfortunately the connection between VDA Client and VDA Service did
not
successfully establish. Attached are our VDA-Service Server and
VDA-Server log files.
Your help/recommendations will be appreciated.
Thanks and Best Regards
Jorge Rivera
