Hello,
I have installed sunray server software 4.0 update2 with two V210 servers in
failover mode. The "bge" interfaces of the servers when connected to the
gigabit backbone switch gives me incorrect flags in the "utgstatus" output.
I even forced the interfaces to 100Mbps when connecting to the backbone but
still fail to see the utgstatus flags as shown below. However when connected
to an isolated 100Mbps switch I would see the utgstatus flags as required.
The details can be seen in the below output.
To diagnose the network ports on the backbone switch I connected another two
servers running SRSS3.1 and solaris 9. I found that the failover group
status show fine under this setup.
I would be thankfull to you all for any advice on diagnosing and resolving
this problem.
