utmhconfig and self-registration are the other Java GUI apps. If utsettings
is broken then there's a good chance that these are broken too. If SRSS
is generally behaving properly then the SRSS auth daemon (a non-GUI
Java app) must be happy with the current JRE.
Or it could be that java auth daemon is not started after the change.
Generally if other SRSS Java GUI apps effected , I'd expect SRSS auth
daemon also effects but only on restart.
