We've been using the IOGear Miniport USB KVMs for years now and they
work just fine.
When you switch to a Sun Ray, it sometimes has the wrong initial
resolution but it corrects itself instantly.
Do you have up-to-date firmware?
640x480 is the resolution that the Sun Ray will choose if it doesn't
receive any DDC information.
