If this line is in the /etc/init.d/zsunray-init script,
then it should start. But I, too, observed on my servers that it doesn't
start sometimes. I don't know why. Perhaps because other services are
not yet ready and it may help to replace this line by 
"sleep 5 &&  /opt/SUNWut/lib/utwebadmin start"

It is usually "admin" with the password you entered 
during utconfig. You can change the password 
using  /opt/SUNWut/sbin/utpw. If you forget it,

You can also use /opt/SUNWut/sbin/utadminuser  to create other 
users for the Web admin interface.
