Hi Rich,

Just to know, how is the network latency, as reported by SRSS on the server? 
Sometimes, when I go through a deployment, even with only one DTU on the
network, user performance is poor and often this is due to the too high latency.

What does "utcapture -r" reports you?  Is there any packet loss?  High
latency?  That would be my first suspect.

Are your desktop a JDS on the server, or you do some kiosking (uttsc ->
windows, etc.)?
