Hi, I just received a call from a client who reported an OSD error (on SR2) that I couldn't find in the documentation. He said it had a USB icon and a flash symbol. unfortunately, we don't have the error number.
The documentation only shows one with an hourglass symbol and we're pretty sure that what he saw was not this one. My buest guess would be that this is related to the current on the USB port reaching it's limit. has anybody seen this before?
