I'm in with hot-desking.  If the 12 people all have DTUs in their office, they 
can prepare a presentation at their desk pull the card and stick it in the DTU 
on the big screen at the conference table.  Granted they would need to type 
their passwds but that too can be dealt with.  A wireless USB KB/mouse could be 
passed around the table or the need p for passwds removed.

We do a similar thing with a "what's happening" kiosk.  Its just a monitor with 
a SR2 strapped to the back.  An Impress preso is loaded and when the card is 
stuck in, the preso starts on its own.  Then it just loops.  Need a change, 
pull the card and make the changes at my desk.  Works great!
