GUI firmware I can do :o) Well, as I am the author of the Ubuntu 9.04/10.04 howto guide on wiki.sun-rays.org, I can at least report that we have upgraded and partly reinstalled all our 9.04 servers with 10.04 and we haven't had any serious issues with our SRSS installations so far. So my howto seems to be still valid and compatible with 10.04.
