Yes, if you're willing to register your smartcards and use the
registered-card policy. See the utuser man page (and utpolicy).
Then you can use utuser -a -i to create the card bindings to specify
which cards should work together to obtain a session.
IIRC you also must leave RHA enabled (don't enable "direct session
access") - otherwise the cards will make the session bounce back and
forth between the two connected clients.
