The SunRay.enableGUI file is a cryptographically signed file that the firmware reads to validate the request to enable the GUI. It should be included in the SROS 11.1.1 directory that contains the firmware files, and gets installed in the /tftpboot directory whenever a utfwadm command that enables the GUI is run.
