It also doesn't look as if the Sun Ray is reading the .parms file at all. FWservType=none is suspicious, even though FWSrvr is set. I don't quite understand that. It should use FwSrvr. You could try setting DHCP option 66 to "192.9.200.7". You can also force the GUI on manually by force loading the enable file from a session on the Sun Ray:

/opt/SUNWut/lib/utload -S 192.9.200.7 -f SunRay.enableGUI
