Hello All;
We just got a new floppy drive and installed it, but it acts Identical to
the old one we replaced.
It's in a c500. Mac os 8.6. Belkin usb card.
The floppy has been failing to read and or write for a long time and on the
last of it, failed to format any disks. We assumed it was bad after several
clean system reinstalls, cleaning, etc.. We got the new one and put in in,
but it acts Identical to the old one, so, although the replacement is used,
we don't suspect it to be bad. Must be something else! But What???
Can anyone help???
Mike.
