Yes Dennis, but first step to no go. You're living on the edge! One 
of two things will occur. Either you get so annoyed at seeing the 
error sign and you replace the battery or it will not start period 
and then you go to Radio Shack. Leaving the battery in, changing the 
time (or ignoring it), getting every last electron out and letting it 
die is certainly the green way and cheapest. You might feel better 
doing that and learning how to control your sanity with the SIGN 
appearing over and over for who knows how long. What a guy.
