My sound just quit on my s900. I tried the sound level in both the control strip and the control panel and they were set on maximum. I tried rebooting and zapping the pram, it zapped but was soundless. When the reboot came up for a few seconds on the System 8.6 welcome screen the colors were reverse, or false, but then it came back. Still no sound.
I have done nothing to my machine for a while, it just quit in the middle of a game. System 8.6, xcelerate 400 Mz G3, Voodoo 3300 card, 600+ megs of ram.
