Yep, that's what it says. And if I choose Modem Port, it don't work. Go
Figure huh Will.

Thanks, when I have time I may get around to trying it. I know now there
are a few people on this list who have a GV USB Modem who will be migrating
to OSX someday soon so hopefully that can be ironed out for others.

Had a slight problem, and things were going so well too. I ended up first
installing the same version from Version Tracker but I believe that one was
corrupted as the installer wouldn't function. It also was a few k smaller
than the good one. I have informed VT so maybe they will replace it soon.

But what did open I believe has put a few bad files in my system as it now
crashes occasionally. I ended up downloading the file from Powerlogix site
and that one opened up and installed properly. Crashing began before that.
However, I think there may still be a corrupted file(s) somewhere. Any
hints on where and how to look for corrupted files?

Also, re Cache Control, what settings should I be using. This is very much
like the XLR8 CP but I figure I'd better be sure before blowing up my
machine. :) I assume I want to leave backside cache on? I've got it set at
267 3:2 but 400 @ 1:1 is available. What about Speculative Accesses?
Dynamic Power Mgmt?

I'm running the Sonnet 400 mhz G4 with 1mb backside.

Thanks
Dave
