Best price I know of on the G3 900
is from OWC but you have to go through the www.xlr8yourmac.com
web page and click on OWC specials on the right side of page price $229.00
The G3 800 www.powerlogix.com is the only place i know of selling it. It has been out of stock for months but they just put back on their price list for $199.00. (G3 900 is $249.00 here)
powerlogix will as said honer the 39 day money back and 2 year replacement warranty eve on this unsupported install. Buying from someone else may not.
900 will run from apox 650 - max of 754 at a bus of 58 on the Umax machines. G3 800 unknown speed and unknown firmware limits. You could email powerlogix and ask what the multiplier limit is in the Beige G3 on the G3 800.9and if it has one like the G3 900 does) later Will S
