Jeff, It seems that the multiplier settings on the card are useless as CPU Director takes over the job of increasing the multiplier. CPU Director maxxed out at 16:1 which would have put the card running at 880 mhz. My S900 crashed each time I tried to run at 880 mhz. 825 mhz (15:1) was the next one down, and has not crashed yet. I imagine that I could increase the bus speed to get higher speeds, but at this point, it really isn't necessary. The more I use this computer, the more shocked I am at how usuable it is now. Thanks, George. That answers my question. I wonder why Powerlogix limits the multiplier to 16X. The 750FX should support up to 20X.
I guess they figure that a Beige G3 won't need anything higher than 16X, but it should be trivial to support the higher multipliers in the utility.
