Alan, I have a fresh install of OS 9.1, and a generic USB card that does work.
The only active extensions I have for USB support are: USB Device Extension 1.4.6 USB Support 1.4.6 I've turned the rest off. perhaps your USB Support 1.4.1 could be the culprit? anyone?
