Hi Jeff, Well I don't know if this helps you, but in my S900 running Jaguar 10.2.8 I have the following. Unit is all ATA. My line up 80 GB Western Digital ATA on ATA66 Slot#4 (Master IDE 1) 80 GB Seagate ATA on ATA66 Slot#4 (Master IDE2) G3 400 Mhz (IBM 10x) XLR8 Carrier Card running at 500 Mhz Sonnet ATA 100 PCI card Slot #3 AHard ATA 66 PCI card Slot #4 400 Mb Ram Apple 24x ATA CD-ROM on ATA100 Polaroid 48MAX ATA CDRW on ATA100 Comp USA USB 2.0 2 Port Card Slot #1 AsanteFast 10/100 PCI 590 Card Slot#5 USB 1.0 Hub IBM USB optical mouse Epson 740 Printer USB/Serial IMS Twin Turbo 128 8 Video PCI card Slot #2 19" Envision Monitor at 1360x1024 @ 75 hertz millions of colors My Polaroid was not supported on the AHard card. I have not had a single problem worth mentioning about running on Jagaur except that it has been a pleasure to enjoy this "Old World" clone being so stable. I have not yet had success moving it to Panthert, but have a Radeon 7000 64MB card on its way and will try again once that is installed.
