Hello, It seems that your TwinTurbo card went out since you got it to
work with your second one, I use an ATi Radeon 9200 Mac Edition and it
works fine. Good Luck

Hi all, I don't know if my monitor's going out or my video cards. Does
anyone know someone in Houston that can work on SuperMacs?
Mine's a J-700/180 w/Carrier G3 with the original 2 Twin Turbo video cards
in it. I use an old Radius Precision Color Display/20v
Last week when I turned on my monitor I got a bright white single pixel
light flashing in the center of the screen. After a minute or so the monitor
came on. This has been happening ever since.
Then today my monitor came on but with a blank gray screen except for my
curser (no startup screen), but the curser worked fine. I opened my case and
moved the monitor cable to the secondary video card, and it started up fine.
Do I have two separate problems? monitor and video cards?
Could you please let me know How to fix? What and Where to replace it?
Thanks again,
Barbara Levine
