I don't quickly have that info available, but you might want to use the list archive's search engine available here: http://www.mail-archive.com/supermacs%40mail.maclaunch.com/ to see if you can find the instructions you're looking for. Maybe search for "video card" or any terms you remember were in the instructions. The search results are presented in a list format, and next to the link of the post, is the date, so if you know this message you're looking for was from last summer, you can quickly scan the list of search results for just posts from those months.
