Their PCs would need to speak AppleTalk to print to the AppleTalk printer. Some versions of Windows support this without the addition of further software. Others do not, and I'm not a PC person, so I don't know which do off the top of my head. Rather than steer you wrong, I will let others more knowlegeable in PC address this. If you know what operating systems they are running, I can check and let you know. My suspicion is that XP does not, but like I said, I'd have to check.

Windows 2000 Pro and Server will support Appletalk over ethernet, but XP (Both Home and Pro versions) do not. Windows Server 2003 will support Appletalk, but I doubt that you have this.
If one machine on your net is running Win2K, it can act as a print server for any of the machines running XP, for instance.
