I am upgrading a PowerMac 8600 for a friend and note that the User
Manual states that max RAM is achieved by inserting 8- 64Meg 128 pin
EDO Dims.
Can the 8600 see 4- 128Meg EDO Dims from my second S-900 as 512Meg
total? Could they be interleaved? Should they be?
Also the PowerForce for PCI 900Mhz G3 upgrade I purchased is stated
to work with OS9.1 max.
Can any one tell me from experience if this is true and it won't
install on OS9.2.2 or OS9.2?
